[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow just wow. I had an iPhone and recently just changed over to the google pixel 10 pro. This phone is fantastic, has a stunning design, great camera quality and just overall well built. I’m amazed by the camera quality, I was most excited to be taking pictures with my new phone. It zooms in so much from so far away, and it uses Ai to magnify. You won’t be disappointed with this phone, it’s definitely worth it. Battery life is great and the software is excellent as well. I’m obsessed with the pro, and the 128gb it’s the perfect size and holds all my pictures and data/storage. I’m obsessed with this phone! And I love the color.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I don't feel that your sales personnel totally understands the Google product they are selling, especially the setup and Google functions within the phone. Day 1 - Purchase: The salesperson rushed the setup I paid him $40.00 to do for me, and though all my pictures transferred to the phone, only a few of thousands were downloaded into the separate "Collections" files within Photos. So, even though all my photos were on the phone, functions like Facebook and Instagram could only access the few random photos in my various "Collections", should I want to post one of my photos. Also, my icons on the new phone were in different locations than on my old phone…I began organizing them. I was also told I was being charged $10.00 per month to store all my pictures on Verizon and didn't need to store them all on Google. He even helped me, thus, cancel my monthly storage fee I have been paying to Google. Well, I don't know yet if any photos are being stored to Verizon, but I found out very quickly that cancelling my Google storage account stops the phone from backing up new photos to Google. Furthermore, if you go into photos in any of your Gmail accounts, phone or laptop, and try to see your new photos, you can't because they have not been backed up. To fix this, I had to eventually repurchase my Google Storage. Now, I have to find out what storage Verizon is billing me $10.00 a month for. Day 2 – Went back to Verizon and spoke with a manager about photos missing from “Collections”. He compared the two phones, old and new, and determined both phones contained the same number of photos, just not all in their proper locations on the new phone. He asked if the transfer was done by WIFI, or a cable. As it was done by WIFI, he tried the transfer with a cable. When it did not work, he tried a second cable. When it still did not work, he initiated a WIFI transfer. While it was transferring, I asked what he thought I should do if the pictures still were not in their proper “Collections.” He explained that Verizon just deals with Verizon issues, and this might be a Google issue, and if so, I should call Google. I told him that I did not see that working, to which he suggested I could take my problem to Best Buy and ask their Geek Squad. As the transfer was going to take about an hour, much longer then was allowed on Day 1, I was told I could go home. I asked if I had to keep the two phones near each other to which I was told no. Consequently, the transfer failed to complete properly. The only improvement was now the icon positions matched my old phone. Day 3 – Went back to Verizon and discussed my issue with a third salesperson. This on initiated a third WIFI transfer, told me I do have to keep the phones near to each other, and sent me on my way. I did as instructed, and about an hour later, at the completion of the transfer, the phone loaded all my pictures into their proper “Collections” folders. Everything now appeared to be okay, but when I tried to view the “Collections” folders through Facebook or Instagram, the first pictures I could review were the oldest to newest taken, not the newest to oldest like they are supposed to be. I went through my settings to see if there was a setting that would allow me to put the Facebook and Instagram searches in the correct order, but found nothing. Day 4 – I went to Best Buy and spoke to the Geek Squad about this latest issue. They looked at my phone, did a little research on-line and pronounced me “out of luck” - here is what has happened. When Verizon transferred my pictures, they started at the top of the file (the most recent) and worked down to the bottom of the file (the oldest) on the old phone, but since the pictures arrived to the new phone, newest to oldest, the new phone considers the first file to arrive to be the oldest, and the last file to arrive to be the newest. So, when Facebook or Instagram accesses the files, they see the pictures in the opposite order from which they were taken. Just lovely! One positive thing though, any new pictures I take are put where they belong and seen as the most recent. So, I give up. I have all my pictures. I will live with having to scroll all the way to bottom of my pictures to see the newest transferred picture, because I do not believe Verizon has any idea how to fix this problem. Day now – I agree with the Manager when he said we do not understand the Google side of how the phone works. In other words, I feel that Verizon is selling a product they do not completely understand. So how do I feel about my new phone? The Phone…I love it, but as for Verizon, disappointed.

Worst phone experience I've ever had, EVER! Got one yesterday and it is pop up after pop up wanting you to buy more storage, limits your use of the phone and it's features. 24 hours later it has wiped out all my contacts and photos. It's very rudimentary, like old smart phones in the early 2000's. I'm horrified, disgusted and mad. Going first thing in the morning to get a new phone. If I could give this phone NO stars I would.
