A little disappointed.

I would like to say I really like this phone but it is crazy that you have to go to settings just to turn the volume down and put it on vibrate. This should be on the home screen.. Other than that just a matter of getting used to the features. But the volume/vibrate is big for me!!!

currently unable to make or receive calls or texts. I can't even sign into live chat because you all keep trying to verify my login by trying to send me a text. And I can't get past your stupid Ai sign in. 'I'd be happy to help you with that... please sign in' But I can't sign in. 'I'd be happy to help you with that... please sign in' ad infinitum. I like the phone itself quite a bit. However, setting it up and copying data from the old phone was a bit of a hassle, and the conversion doesn't bring over any of the apps and folders that were setup on my screens for easy access. This is a lot of repetitious work and extremely time consuming. Tech Support was somewhat helpful in switching phone numbers to the new phone and the new number to the old. Still think it is incomplete because of things happening in text messages after the number change. And not sure how Verizon got my work email account set up in my personal account. That will still need correction.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The Google fold has been an amazing purchase. I am constantly receiving PDF's. So opening it into tablet mode has been extremely helpful. Also if you watch movies or play games, tablet mode is a must. I believe if you are looking into getting the fold, you will not be disappointed.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

It is a really a great phone. Fast and responsive with lots of features that my Pixel 6 Pro did not have. It is a little cumbersome because of the weight and takes a little getting used to. Also, the finish is so slick that it is difficult to hold without a case on it. The only thing I have found that I am really disappointed in is the camera. The camera is not the camera in the Pixel 6 pro. The Pixel 6 Pro camera was awesome, and this one is mediocre at most. A real let down. If I had known about it, I may not have switched to the Fold.

If you planned on using this specifically for recording live shows then this is great. However, I rarely receive my calls, especially if they are important, the faceplate already has quite the spider web through it and I've only had it a month AND I've got a very good phone case. Now there is a green line that has popped up inside the fold. I can honestly say this has been by far the worst phone I have ever tried. Since I just got it I don't believe I am up for insurance even though we pay quite a bit for it and I know it's going to take me forever to pay this one off enough so I can get a new phone. Cost of said phone $1,800.00 ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went from Samsung Galaxy Fold to this. Disappointed. I have no service on it constantly, calls rarely come thru, not good. I have restarted the phone numerous times. Texts are slow to come in. I do love the size. But I Miss my Samsung fold.

What's the warranty on the folding screen? Samsung doesn't cover it at all in their warranty. Does Google?
