Very over priced

I got this phone when it first came out. It went well for a month and after that my screen would freeze. I could only talk on speaker or head phone. The battery life also sucked. I ended up having to pay for this phone and also get a new phone because the phone quality was so bad. Now I own the phone and I couldn’t do anything with it. It does not take sims cards.

This is not a brand new phone and it's a certified pre-owned, is it correct. Let me help you with that. Let's try to reboot your device. All you need to do is to press and hold the Power key for 10-20 seconds.
Notes:
Data on your phone will not be deleted.
Ensure that your device is charged to a minimum of 5%. If your battery is below 5% then the device may not power on.
A device that is completely drained should be charged, for a minimum of 15 minutes, using the provided charger.

Great phone...I purchased mine in February of 2020.. no issues what so ever. . I'm writing. my review in January of 2023... So I figured it was time to give my assessment of the device having had it through life's rigours for three years.. I've had no issues with the henges.. screen or soft ware .. the black finish has held up very well.. Motorola didn't disappoint with this phone..
