Trash Phone

Upgraded about 4 months ago from an S8+ that I'd had for a couple of years due to the charging port starting to give out. I expected the processing to be much better - the Note 10 is a couple of generations newer, but I find even with 5G, Google Maps, Chrome, even receiving texts the phone really seems to struggle more than my S8 ever did. I regularly close apps and optimize even to the point of having to restart the phone a couple of times through the week. The battery life is terrible. I don't get a ton of calls or texts through the day, but even so, I have to charge up from 30% every day even when I don't use it. Lastly - no headphone jack. I made the mistake of trying to go newer and ignoring some of the critical reviews. I skipped over the 9 which had a headphone jack thinking that the 10 would be much better as it was a generation newer, newer features, better performance, etc. I figured that the performance alone would compensate for no jack. Nope. Overall - beyond disappointed. I started Samsung phones with a Note 4 and only gave that up when I literally spiderwebbed the screen. Even tried to buy a refurbished Note 4 off Amazon to avoid upgrading. Adored the Note 4. S8+ grew on me after a little. Figured hey! Note 10 is the grandchild of the Note 4, it's gotta be good right? Nope. Like the redheaded stepchild of it's mother's aunt's ex. Hate the Note 10, but I'm stuck due to the contract. Learn from my mistakes. Avoid this phone.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

It's really a good phone and you'll get used to the lack of a headphone jack just get the Sennheiser cx350 bt. They're only 100.
