Phone worked fine, then software patch killed it

samsungterrible - 15 hours ago

Samsung/google decided to send out an update on 4/18 via Verizon for Note 20 ultra, I clicked on it, phone installed, started the reboot automatically, then black screen and it will not power on or do anything, Samsung no help (5-7 business day to send it to them and they try to repair/replace), info will be lost. Lesson is buy the phone from the Verizon store and backup all data/text/vmails/etc. as Samsung/Google are not there for you.

I upgraded from the note 10 plus

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Only because I needed a quarantine spirit lifter. It was a good decision, mainly because of the camera. The pro mode produces really good results. Focus and resolution are very good, even in standard mode. But the default camera mode overexposes. As did the note 10 plus. Use the exposure compensation on the pro mode, and dial down the exposure, and you can get sharp images with really interesting and subtle lighting.

1. Based on average battery life under typical usage conditions. Average expected performance based on typical use. Actual battery life depends on factors such as network, features selected, frequency of calls, and voice, data, and other application usage patterns. Results may vary.
2. Measured diagonally, the screen size is 6.9" in the full rectangle and 6.8" accounting for the rounded corners. Actual viewable area is less due to the rounded corners and camera lens.
3.5G Ultra Wideband available only in parts of select cities. 5G Nationwide available in 2,700+ cities.
4. When using the included charger and cable.
5. Wireless DeX requires smart TV with Miracast support; both devices must be on the same wi-fi network.
