This phone is pure garbage and I have been a loyal Samsung Galaxy customer for years! This phone overheats in a matter of minutes, the battery life is a joke and half the time it won't even take a charge. Verizon wouldn't help me so I'm stuck with this phone and I use it for work.... super helpful. The only good thing I can say about it is the camera is great!

The only thing I can say about this phone is the camera is fantastic. However, I work from home and I'm on my phone all day. In order to work more easily, I'm always on speaker phone. While I can hear whoever I'm talking with just fine, they're hearing an echo of their own voice on their end which is beyond annoying. I've had several Galaxy's over the years and have always been very happy with each of them and I've heard good things about the S22 but this phone is awful. I've spent hours on the phone with Verizon and Samsung and neither seem willing or able to help in spite of experiencing the issue first had. Do yourself a favor and DON'T BUY THIS PHONE!!!

Poorly Made S21

This is my 4th S21 UW phone. The phone freezes up all the time. I clear the data and then It will need network reset that make my life stressful and inconvenient with bluetooth items. The phone consistently disconnects my bluetooth every 5 minutes then I have to do a network reset over and over and over. I'm so sick of this cheaply made samsung product. The only good thing is the screen has great Quality. Other than that, I would not recommend.

Terrible Phone

I feel that Samsung phones are getting progressively worse. The keyboard refuses to "learn" my words and frequently "corrects" my verbiage to things I NEVER write. My own kids names are never correct and it tries to fill in these very odd and NEVER used words. Aside from that, the phone blacks out while I'm on the phone and does not give me the option to end calls without basically restarting. I am at the mercy of the other party to hang up. I miss the option to have notifications show up as colored lights when the screen is off. I also LOATHE having to accept security updates every other week. Literally. I've had this phone since November and have had 16 security updates since. Learn to make the phone function the first time, Samsung. I can understand an update every 3-6 months, but every 2 weeks seems as if your programmers did a lazy job and you released the phone before it was ready. I am fairly determined never to buy another Samsung phone. They just get worse and worse. Buy ANYTHING else.

I don't like it , I have had to factory restartbit 4 times , i had to take it in, nobody would help me said im stuck with it , i cant have it on speaker or have it on bluetooth nobody can hear me , when i'm talking people tell me i have a bad echo, i had a samsung galaxy s10 plus and gave it to my grandson for this one samgsung galaxy s21 ultra i would give it back if i could

Why no SD memory card slot? For Samsung to continually upgrade the camera systems and ever larger file sizes, we NEED the convenience of memory cards!!! It looks like I will have to stay with my S10 Plus until you build S22 with memory card slots!!!
