It's a nice phone, but it's too big and bulky! I thought it wouldn't be an issue, but it's awkwardly big. I can see why they are discontinuing this model.

Upgrader beware

Its a big change from a Motorola, in many ways backwards. A week into it and now my alarms don't work, I am unable to turn off automatic updates (that don't fully restart the phone), I can't fully turn off many notifications, and the update on 9/8 completely changed how things worked. But it has a good battery life and a great looking screen.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I haven't been able to use the phone just yet as I ordered a case and screen protector. It has not arrived and the order status has no update. The first order was canceled without any reason (not at my request). What I can say is it looks sleek, much larger than anything Ive had before. It is awkward to hold. Upon receipt, it needed 12-13 software updates that took nearly a whole day to install. I powered it off when the night was over so Im almost positive it has more coming. There were apps preinstalled that I dont use. I deleted ones I could but some are required which use the phone's available space. Glad I went with the 512GB. Available cases at Verizon and Samsung are very limited. I also learned that this glass isnt always available should the phone get damaged.

Have no idea how this unit works. Need to go back to your store to get instructions, however, you cannot call them to make an appointment. You get this AI idiot that most of the time does not understand what you are asking for. This is the most stupid thing Verizon has ever done. I have tried to call the local number to get an appt. and still get the same idiot as if you call the 800 #. When we have time, we will go in and wait for someone to see us to get information.

Worst experience with Verizon for a simple upgrade

I never even got the S24 your website has bad information the store didn't have it in stock and then somehow my order got cancelled for no pickup. I was on hold for hours with no jelp. This was the worst experience with Verizon for a simple upgrade how can you guys draw that up??

Absolutely terrible customer service. My phone was never delivered. I stayed online with your customer service people for over an hour, to only get stalled and then strung along. They could seem to figure out how to get the phone shipped to me, and only wanted to cancel my order then restart a new one. What do they get paid on a commission for how many sales that they make? Which I did not want to happen, I cannot see how hard it is just to ship a phone out. Then the operators online switched out on me during mid stream and it took the 2nd person 23 minutes to come back in and say that the first operator went ahead and canceled the order anyway, against my wishes to do so. No wonder you are losing clients. I have been with Verizon for over 25 years. Perhaps no longer.
