Purchased near employee getting off work. He did not set phone up said I had to come back next day. I paid and planned to go back the following day. Next day I got charged additional fees for them to help set up the phone the sold me the previous day. I felt scammed!!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Traded in my old 64gb 12 mini for this phone, and it was definitely the right decision. The phone has a big, bright screen that feels very responsive and high-quality with a 120 hz refresh rate (an industry standard for the entire flagship price point, cough cough apple). OneUI 7, though pretty different from IOS, is fairly easy to use though I had never had an Android product up till this point. I am a relatively heavy user, but this phone, with its' solid battery life and great performance thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, handles all of my tasks throughout the entire day for me (14-16 hours normally). This phone is the perfect in between for those who want a bigger display and battery life than the S25 offers, but would rather spend $300 less than what you pay for the Ultra, which appears to be a heavier version of the S25+ with the anti-reflective screen coating and the S-pen. Regardless of your choice for the S25 lineup, you will not regret upgrading if you have an older model (S22/iPhone 13/Pixel 6 or older), though there may not be much of a difference with any model beyond that.

Drops calls continuously. Also, in middle of calls, you can hear the other person but they can't hear you. Will not dial out about half the time. This is the second one. Verizon claimed it was the phone so it was replaced in the 1st week. Then on second phone, Verizon claimed it was plan I am on so I upgraded and it still is happening. Very frustrating and I am a 30 plus year Verizon customer. I have spent hours with customer support! I am a Samsung fan usually and have had multiple Samsung phones and tablets. Overall, except for the phone, it has worked okay!!!

Verizon "fraud protection" cancelled order!

I ordered the S25+ online, to take advantage of the online only" deal. I ordered it with regular shipping. When I didn't have it 8 days later, I checked the tracking, only to find out that the "sender", Verizon, had the phone shipped back to them. A day later, when I was able to speak with a human, I was told that because I didn't answer the call from Verizon to confirm the order, they assume it is a fraudulent order and they cancel it! On the surface of it, I appreciate their desire to confirm the order. BUT, no notification that a call is coming, and no voicemail, asking me to call and authenticate the purchase? AND, now I have to wait 5 days for the order to "clear" before I can order again. SO, I am reviewing a product I have not received, lol. Beware!

Volume is total garbage on bluetooth devices

The volume is garbage I had a note 8 before this ultra 25 the volume on full blast is half of the note 8 I have ear buds and over the ear noise canceling head phones and at the airport I could barley hear the music I've tried shuti g auto volume off and every other option nothing works ..I mainly use my phone for entertainment for traveling movies and music this is the biggest disappointment ever..I thought I was getting the top phone .. its not for this. Phone volume is trash do not buy this phone if you want it for music, movies or bluetooth..do not!!! Again I've tried everything in every forum.. and as they all said there ...volume is horribly low

Coming from an S21, I don't like how the notifications and settings are separated. I like when you would pull down and get both. I also don't like how small the notifications are on the lock screen. There is no customization for setting the font size on notifications. I also don't like how hard it is to see the battery percentage. The battery indicator hides the percentage. I also liked on the S21 when you would pull down, you get a condensed version and if you pull down all the way again, it would give you the full options. Now, you pull down and get all the options. Why take these away, at least you could've given the user the option to customize how you like. The top ribbon font is so small, it's hard to see.
