Bought 30th of January. This phone lacks and I feel i got ripped off. Camera WAS good and now I'm doing warranty because it no longer works. Pen was a huge disappointment. It's fast but that's it. UI is terrible and seems more difficult than what it needs to be. AI isn't worth losing a 24 ultra.

I ordered my new s25 Ultra on 12 April and today is 23 April and I still don't have it. I've been given the run around by customer service after contacting them twice with no resolution or compensation. They told me that my order would arrive by the end of the week and now we're two weeks later and I still don't have my new phone. To top it off I can't resubmit my order because this one is still pending. Lastly they charged me $122 as a one time service fee which they still have. I'm tired of contacting them and waiting on hold for a half hour at a time! I'm definitely dissatisfied with this experience! One star is still too much for what I'm going through with Verizon Mobile!!!

It has been two weeks since I order this device and I have not received it yet, but I've been billed for it including the upgrade fee. Half an hour with a rep trying to correct the problem and I still wasn't given an ETA for the device.

Awful camera, the far is so horrible, and it is a ridiculous that cannot have the smart pen as the 23th version. Everything was even better on the S23 Ultra even the speed, this 25th version has a lot of glitches.

How do I return this phone to its factory settings?

Open the Settings app. Navigate: General management, Reset, Factory data reset. Review the info then tap Reset. If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern. Tap Delete all.
