I can get into my account but why can’t I view my bill?
Only the primary account holder can view the bill.
It’s also possible that the bill is not yet available. To receive a notification when your bill becomes available, access the notification centerin My Verizon.
Having firewall conflicts?
If you’re trying to access your online bill from behind a firewall and are receiving an error, you can temporarily disable the firewall. Refer to your firewall hardware/software instructions for information about temporarily disabling the firewall. If you are trying to access your online bill from another location where you cannot disable the firewall, try accessing your bill from a different location.
