Manage Visual Voicemail MessagesKeep your inbox organized and manage your messages efficiently. Easily check, reply to, save, call back and delete Visual Voicemail messages right from your Motorola smartphone.
Before you begin
Ensure your Visual Voicemail is active.
You can also check your voicemail by calling from your Motorola smartphone or from another phone.
You can't retrieve deleted Voicemail messages; however, archived messages are saved to the device's internal storage.
Steps
- Open theVoicemail app.
- From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap theRefresh icon.
- Tap a message to view the message details (e.g., time, number, length, etc.) then do any of the following:If using Premium Visual Voicemail, you can view the text of the voicemail at the top.
- To play a message, tap thePlay icon.
- To place a call back, tap thePhone app.
- To reply with a text message:
- TapReplythen tapRecordto begin recoding the message.
- Follow the onscreen prompts then select an option (e.g., Voicemail, Text Message, Email).
- Enter the applicable info then tapSend.
- To forward a message:
- TapForwardthen tapOther Apps.
- SelectMessagesorMail.
- Follow the onscreen prompts then tapSend.
- To save a message, tapSave a copythen tapSave.
- To delete a message:
- Touch and hold a message.To delete multiple messages, select the messages you wish to delete.
- Tap theTrash iconthen tapOK.
