- Sign in to the Push to Talk admin page via My Business.
- From the Account Maintenance tab, clickCustom Applications.
- ClickAccess Push to Talk.
- From the Actions drop-down, clickAssign Enterprise Group(s).
- From the Create Sub List screen:
- Enter a Name for this new sub list.
- ClickAdd Contacts, select the desired contacts then clickDone.The Sub List will have a maximum of 25 contacts.
- ClickSelect Contacts, select the contacts then clickDone.
- ClickCreate.
