Push to Talk Plus Contact Management Tool - Create a Sub List

  1. Sign in to the Push to Talk admin page via My Business.
  2. From the Account Maintenance tab, click
    Custom Applications
    .
    Custom Applications link
  3. Click
    Access Push to Talk
    .
    Access Push to Talk
  4. From the Actions drop-down, click
    Assign Enterprise Group(s)
    .
    Actions menu
  5. From the Create Sub List screen:
    1. Enter a Name for this new sub list.
    2. Click
      Add Contacts
      , select the desired contacts then click
      Done
      .
      The Sub List will have a maximum of 25 contacts.
      Select contacts
    3. Click
      Select Contacts
      , select the contacts then click
      Done
      .
      Select contacts
    4. Click
      Create
      .
      Create sub list
