Here's how to view / add / remove panels and set a default Home screen panel for your Galaxy J3 V / J3 (2016).

From a Home screen, swipe left or right to navigate the extended Home screen panels.

By default, there are 2 Home screen panels.

Follow the steps below to add or remove panels or set a default panel.

Add Panel

The ability to add panels is only available when less than 5 panels exist.

The panels are used to display and organize folders, shortcuts and widgets.

From a Home screen, touch and hold a blank area.

Tap the

Plus panel icon +

(furthest to the right).

From a Home screen, touch and hold a blank area.

Touch and hold a panel.

Drag the panel to

Remove

(at the top) then release.

The default panel appears when the Home button Home key icon

is pressed.

From a Home screen, touch and hold a blank area.

Swipe to the preferred panel.

Tap the

Home icon

at the top of the panel.
