One Talk Portal - Configure Voicemail to Email

Here's how to configure the Voice Mail to Email feature via the One Talk portal.
Refer to the One Talk admin portal simulator for interactive demonstrations.
The Voicemail to Email feature allows you to send audio recordings of your voicemail messages to an email address.
Admins can configure Voicemail to Email using one of the following methods:
Expand All
  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click
    Manage
    (top of screen).
  3. Mouse over
    Product Portals
    then click
    One Talk
    .
    If necessary, click
    View all
    .
    Click One Talk
  4. From the 'I want to' section, click
    Manage lines and devices
    .
  5. If necessary, select the desired group from the dropdown menu then click the
    Devices tab
    .
  6. Click the desired phone number in the left column.
  7. Click the
    User features tab
    .
  8. Click the
    Voice Mail to Email switch
    (lower-right) to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    The Voicemail to Email feature is off by default.
  9. Enter the email address(es) that will receive the audio files then click
    Submit
    .
  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click
    Manage
    (top of screen).
  3. Mouse over
    Product Portals
    then click
    One Talk
    .
    If necessary, click
    View all
    .
    Click One Talk
  4. From the 'I want to' section, navigate:
    Manage Features
    User Features
    .
