Connect to the Internet

Step one in connecting your Wi-Fi device is locating your Fios Network Name (SSID or ESSID) and Password (Wireless Key). These are usually located on the label affixed to your wireless router.

You can also retrieve your wireless settings using the Verizon Retrieve Wi-Fi Settings Troubleshooter Or, if you are a Fios TV Customer, you can find your Wi-Fi Settings using your Fios TV Menu.
