Whitelist Information — Non-Verizon Customers If you have attempted to send email to a Verizon Online customer and received an error message stating that your email has been blocked, it may be that Verizon Online's spam-blocking procedures have blocked your IP address or domain. You may submit a "whitelist" request to have your IP address or domain exempted from these blocks. Please submit a whitelist request only if you received the following error message:
ERROR 550 Email from your Email Service Provider is currently blocked by Verizon Online's anti-spam system. The email "sender" or Email Service Provider may visit http://www.verizon.net/whitelist and request removal of the block.
If you did not receive this message, whitelisted status may not address your issue.
