Whitelist Information — Non-Verizon Customers If you have attempted to send email to a Verizon Online customer and received an error message stating that your email has been blocked, it may be that Verizon Online's spam-blocking procedures have blocked your IP address or domain. You may submit a "whitelist" request to have your IP address or domain exempted from these blocks. Please submit a whitelist request only if you received the following error message:

ERROR 550 Email from your Email Service Provider is currently blocked by Verizon Online's anti-spam system. The email "sender" or Email Service Provider may visit and request removal of the block.

If you did not receive this message, whitelisted status may not address your issue.
