How do I view messages that Spam Detector filters? Spam Detector immediately deletes spam messages unless you arrange for Email & More to save the messages to a spam folder.

If you have Spam Detector set up to save spam (for a maximum of seven days), you can view the messages by opening your SpamDetector folder.

To access your SpamDetector folder:
  1. Log in to Email & More.
  2. From the left navigation bar, click Check My Email.
  3. From the left navigation bar, click Folders.
  4. Click the SpamDetector folder visible in the body of the page.
Note: Verizon Online utilizes Spam Blocking technology to filter your email from messages that are considered a security threat. Learn more about Verizon practices relative to the filtering of email sent to verizon.net email customers.
