What happens if non-spam messages reach my Spam Detector folder? Our filters are written against specific spam. Occasionally, a legitimate message will be filtered and deleted, unless you have spam messages saved to your Spam Detector folder (Options/Rules tab in email).

To move messages to your inbox or other folder:
  1. Open the message.
  2. From the Move to Folder drop-down menu, choose the folder where you want to save the message.
Also, if you find a message in your Spam Detector folder that you would prefer not get filtered, notify us at Verizon Online will review the message to determine if it should not be included in the Spam Detector filter rules.
