If you are unable to connect to the Internet, use the checklist below to check your hardware connections.
Make sure your D-Link router is plugged in and the Power light is lit.
Confirm that the Ethernet cable between the router and your computer is connected and the LAN light is illuminated for the port where the Ethernet cable is plugged in.
Verify that the Ethernet cable between the wall jack and your router is connected and the WAN light is lit.
Check the wiring on the outside of your home related to the Optical Network Terminal (ONT).
If you have checked each item on the checklist above and still can't connect to the Internet, please contact Verizon.
