D-Link wired hardware troubleshooting checklist

If you are unable to connect to the Internet, use the checklist below to check your hardware connections.

Figure depicting checkboxConfirm that the Ethernet cable between the router and your computer is connected and the LAN light is illuminated for the port where the Ethernet cable is plugged in.

Figure depicting checkboxCheck the wiring on the outside of your home related to the Optical Network Terminal (ONT).
