Verifying the Power Connection to the D-Link Router
Verify that the Power LED is lit solid green. If it is not:
- Confirm that the power adaptor is connected to the receptor on the back panel of the router.
- Verify that the other end of the power adapter is connected into a wall outlet or power strip.
- If the Power light is now illuminated but you still can't access the Internet, return to the D-Link wired hardware troubleshooting checklist.
- If the Power light is not illuminated after you've double checked the connections, please contact the Verizon Fiber Solutions Center.
