The modem failed the power-up test. Turn your modem off using the power switch in the back, wait 15 seconds, and then turn the modem back on. After waiting 45 seconds to allow the modem to synchronize with the server, try reconnecting to the Internet. If that doesn't fix the problem, troubleshoot the connection issue.
