Possible troubleshooting solution
PowerGreenThe modem power is on. Look at the other lights to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
OffModem power off. Turn the modem on and try to re-connect.
DSLSlow flashing greenThe modem is turned on and is attempting to connect.
Fast flashing greenThe modem is turned on, is attempting to connect, and is downloading any needed information.
GreenThe connection between the modem and Verizon Online is established.
Flashing green/redA communication failure. Troubleshoot the connection issue.
RedModem test failed.
Flashing redThe modem failed the power-up test. Turn your modem off using the power switch in the back, wait 15 seconds, and then turn the modem back on. After waiting 45 seconds to allow the modem to synchronize with the server, try reconnecting to the Internet. If that doesn't fix the problem, troubleshoot the connection issue.
OffModem power off. After checking the power supply, see above.
EthernetGreenThe modem and Verizon Online are connected, and the data is transmitting at a normal rate.
OffNo link between modem and computer. Troubleshoot the connection issue.
USBGreenThe data is transmitting.
OffThere is no data traffic. This could mean you are not actively transmitting data. Troubleshoot the connection issue.
