  • Requirements for Auto Pay Verizon Paperless Billing is required when you enroll in Auto Pay at My Verizon.

    When you agree to the terms and conditions for Auto Pay, you are also agreeing to discontinue your paper bill. You will be able to view your bills online at My Verizon.
    Discontinue Auto Pay You can discontinue your Auto Pay option at My Verizon at least six business days before your Auto Pay date. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

    1. Sign in to My Verizon
    2. Open the Profile tab
    3. Click Auto Pay
    4. Follow the provided instructions to discontinue your Auto Pay
