  • FiOS Digital Voice Account Manager The FiOS Digital Voice Account manager is available online at You must log in using your assigned username and password.

    The Account Manager can be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection. For an optimal connection, your computer should meet the following system requirements:

    PC Requirements

    • Browser – Internet Explorer® 6.0 or above
    • Operating system – Microsoft® Windows NT®; Windows® 98, 2000, XP Pro, XP Home, and NT 4.0 SP6, Vista Home, Windows 7
    • Processor speed - Pentium®
    • Processor P11 450 MHz
    • RAM - 128 MB or higher
    • Plug-ins - Macromedia Flash Plug-in® 7.0
    • Screen resolution – 800 x 600 or greater
    Macintosh Requirements

    • Operating System: OSX or above (Macintosh users may not be able to utilize all Account Manager functionality)
    • A desktop or Laptop with an Ethernet adapter
    • High-speed Internet connection (cable/Verizon High Speed Internet/another provider’s DSL service/Verizon FiOS)
    • Browser: Internet Explorer 6.0 or above; (Safari is not supported at this time)
    • RAM – 128 MB or higher
    • Plug-Ins: Macromedia Flash Plug-In 7.0
