  • Resetting Your Voice Mail Passcode - Fios Digital Voice You can reset your Voice Mail PIN using your Fios® Voice phone or the Fios Digital Voice Account Manager.

    To reset your Voice Mail Passcode using your Fios DigitalVoice Phone:

    1. Lift your handset and dial 1.888.2FIOSVM (1.888.234.6786). Note: Beginning January 1, 2016, Fios Digital Voice Customers in CA, FL and TX, your Access Number is 1.844.387.5200.

    2. Enter your Passcode when prompted followed by a pound sign (#).

    3. Press 4 for Personal Options.

    4. Press 1 for Personal Profile.

    5. Press 1 to Change Passcode.

    6. Enter your new Passcode number followed by a pound sign (#).
    Resetting Your Voice Mail Passcode With the Fios Digital Voice Account Manager:
    1. Open the Fios Digital Voice Account Manager.

    2. Click Voice Mail Settings located on the left.

    3. Click Voice Mail PIN.

    4. Enter your old PIN then enter a PIN and confirm it.

    5. Click Save Settings.

    Your Passcode must consist of 4-10 digits and cannot contain any portion of your current telephone number. It cannot have repeating digits (for example, 1111) or be in ascending or descending order (for example, 1234 or 9876).
