  • Phone is Not Ringing - FiOS Digital Voice If the phone connected to FiOS® Digital Voice Service does not ring when there is an incoming call you can:

    1. Check your phone to ensure that the ringer is set to an appropriate level
    2. Go to the FiOS Digital Account Manager and verify that Call Forwarding or Do Not Disturb is not enabled in the Features section
    If the problem persists, contact Verizon Technical Support.
