You’re eligible to receive a SimpliSafe offer, while supplies last, if you:
- Activate new eligible 5G Home Plus, 5G Home or LTE Home Internet service during the eligibility dates.
- Have an active My Verizon Mobile account.
- Select the SimpliSafe bundle promotion option during the checkout process.

How do I redeem the SimpliSafe offer?
You are eligible for the offer 65 days after you activate your new eligible Verizon Home Internet service. Sign in to your My Verizon Mobile account to find a tile with the date when you can redeem the SimpliSafe offer.
After 65 days of continuous service, you will receive an email saying that you are eligible to redeem the offer. You will then have 60 days to redeem the offer:- Sign in to your My Verizon Mobile account.
- Navigate to your My Verizon Mobile account page.
- Click on the SimpliSafe redemption tile under For you, on us.
- On the next page, review and agree to the Terms & Conditions, which enable you to Claim offer now.
- You will be directed to the SimpliSafe website, where you will be asked to enter your shipping address for SimpliSafe equipment delivery.
You can find the last day to redeem the offer on the tile under For you, on us on your My Verizon Mobile account page.

What if I can't find the tile in My Verizon to redeem my offer?
If you can't find the tile, either the offer has already been redeemed or you have exceeded the 60-day redemption period and the offer has expired.

How do I check the delivery status of my SimpliSafe equipment?
You will get a shipment confirmation email sent to the email address you used to sign up for service on the SimpliSafe website.

How do I set up the SimpliSafe system?
You can set it up in 30 minutes. You don't need any tools to set up your new SimpliSafe system. All your sensors arrive ready to work. Just plug in the Base Station and place your sensors around your home.

Is there anything else I need to know about the offer?
Verizon reserves the right to charge back the value of the offer if the eligible service is canceled within 180 days.
