Trading in your old phone?
Remove your Google account from your old phone before getting started.

Press and hold the Power button located on the back until the LG Q70 screen appears, then release.
3 Enter your Verizon PINStep 3 Enter your Verizon PIN
If prompted, from the "Verify Your Account" screen, enter your Verizon Account PIN. Follow the onscreen prompts, then tap Next. If you forgot it, reset or create your Account PIN.

From the “Setup Wizard” screen, select the appropriate language, then tap Next.

From the "Phone activation" screen, tap Next. Allow several seconds to a few minutes for activation to complete.

From the “Set up Wi-Fi” screen, select a network. Enter the password and tap Connect or Skip the step. If your network isn't shown, tap Refresh List.
7 Copy apps & dataStep 7 Copy apps & data
Tap Next to copy your data and follow the steps to transfer your content. If you’d like a fresh start or would like to transfer your stuff later with the Verizon Content Transfer app or Cloud, tap Don’t copy.

Select the desired source (e.g., a backup from the cloud, an iPhone® device) to copy your data from and follow the steps to transfer your content. If you’d like a fresh start or would like to transfer your stuff later, tap Don’t copy.
9 Sign in to GoogleStep 9 Sign in to Google
Sign in to your Google account or create a new one. Signing in to Google allows you to access Gmail and your Google apps.
10 Set up Google servicesStep 10 Set up Google services
Google offers a variety of services that help many of their apps function better. Review all of them and tap the corresponding switch to turn them on. You may need to scroll down to see all of the services. Switches are turned on when in the blue position. Tap Accept after you've turned on all the services you want.
11 Secure your phoneStep 11 Secure your phone
Adding a fingerprint scan to your phone allows you to touch the fingerprint sensor to unlock it, sign into apps or make purchases. Select the desired protection option, then tap Next.
12 Set up Google AssistantStep 12 Set up Google Assistant
Google Assistant lets you use your voice to complete various actions on your phone and search the web. Tap Next to move to the next step of the Setup Wizard.

Tap the Assistant button to launch Google Assistant at any time. Tap Next to continue.
14 Verizon ServicesStep 14 Verizon Services
Choose whether or not you want to share location info and apps info with Verizon. Tap the corresponding switches to turn these options on or off. Switches are turned on when in the blue position. Tap Accept after you've decided which services you want.
15 Set up Verizon CloudStep 15 Set up Verizon Cloud
Verizon Cloud gives you added protection by backing up your important information to the cloud. Set up Verizon Cloud by tapping Next or Skip the step.
16 Email ServicesStep 16 Email Services
From the “Email Services” page tap Next. Select an email account type, then enter your sign-in info to add your email or Skip the step.
17 Add Digital SecureStep 17 Add Digital Secure
Digital Secure protects your phone from malware, viruses and other threats. Set up Digital Secure by tapping Accept or Skip the step.

From the "Ready to go!" screen, tap Got it! to complete the setup.
