1. Are all of my devices having issues?

Before you panic because you can’t access Facebook from your iPad, take a look at all the devices you use to connect, like your laptop or smartphone. If you’re able to connect on those other devices, your problem may be with your iPad, not with your network connection.
If you think it’s the website itself, try connecting to another site. If you’re able to access it, the problem is likely with the original site.
2.Is everything plugged in?

It sounds simple, but many connectivity issues can be fixed by checking your device’s physical connection. This includes:
- examining your router and making sure it’s connected. A common trick is to unplug it for 15 seconds and then plug it back in. This may be enough time to refresh your connection.
- double-checking that all other cords are plugged into the right outlets.
- unfurling the length of your cable to make sure it is in working order and hasn’t been chewed up or damaged.

3.Do I have a virus?

Viruses can infect your devices and slow them down. Identify whether or not you’ve got a virus by:
- running a virus scan to ensure your device isn’t infected.
- installing a digital security protection plan—if you don’t have one already—to ensure viruses won’t slow you down in the future.
In many cases, you will be able to do your own troubleshooting. However, if these tips don’t help and your connection is still having problems, it’s likely time to call your internet service provider.
