The phone itself is good. Size, color, picture are great. Some of the features have perplexed me. I have had Pixel phones for a while now and there are still some features that are confusing. One of my main problems is when I miss answering the phone by touching the green button and the button disappears and the phone is still ringing, I can't answer it. I have to call the number back.

The camera on this phone is amazing. It's an easy to use phone, small enough that it isn't flying out of my hand, but I would definitely invest in a case as soon as you buy it. Three days of anxiety was not worth it.

Phone is fine. I am beyond disappointed with Verizon. I submitted a survey response on the abysmal customer service when purchasing the phone. I received an email from someone stating they tried to call me. Either my new Pixel is incapable of receiving a call, or the agent lied seeing as I received no calls or missed calls.
They phone seemed great at first until I wasn't able to do anything on it and it wouldn't be work right

I am conflicted on this phone. I've had a few issues getting it started and using it on a daily basis. It is taking a learning curve for a few programs atee having an issue on here also. One thing that I am not happy about is the battery life, which I did read reviews and they hold true about the short battery life per 24-hour period.. I don't spend an enormous amount of time on my phone and luckily I'm able to plug it in during the day when when I'm working. So that is the only saving grace on this issue. For as much money that we spend on phones, the battery should hold up for at least 24 hours and I hope that issue gets corrected. For goodness sakes, I'm 70 years old and I have longer endurance than my phone battery.
