No longer supported: AppFlash℠

Verizon no longer supports AppFlash. In-app experiences will no longer be updated.

If AppFlash hasn't yet been disabled through automatic app updates on your device, please disable AppFlash.

There are 2 ways you can disable AppFlash:

  • In the app:
    1. Tap the Settings icon in the lower left corner of the screen.
    2. Under "Configuration", tap Disable AppFlash.
    3. Scroll down to "AppFlash" and tap or the slide the switch to OFF.
      • The switch will change from green to gray.
  • In your device Settings:
    1. From your Home screen, tap Settings.
    2. Scroll down and tap Home screen.
    3. Scroll down to "AppFlash", then tap or slide the switch to OFF.
      • The switch will change from green to gray.
