The Google One AI Premium perk can be added to these monthly plans:

• Mobile phone plans - Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Plus and/or Unlimited Welcome*. You can add 1 of each perk per line. The $10/month per perk charge appears on your mobile bill.
• 5G Home or LTE Home - 5G Home, 5G Home Plus, LTE Home, LTE Home Plus. You can add 1 of each perk per line. The $10/month per perk charge appears on your mobile bill.
• Fios Home Internet plans - You can add 1 perk to an account that has an eligible plan. The $10/month charge for each perk appears on your Fios Home Internet bill. Fios Classic standalone internet plans aren't eligible for this perk.

Note: You can only access the perks that are available with your plan.

*If you have Welcome Unlimited you can also add perks in My Verizon. Welcome Unlimited is no longer available to add to your account.

Yes. If you have mobile phone lines and also:

• 5G Home or LTE Home - You can add one of each perk to each of your phone lines and your home internet line.
  
• An eligible Fios Home Internet plan - You can add a perk to each of your mobile phone lines and also add the same perk to your Fios account.

We'll let you know if you've already bought a perk for one of your lines before you buy the perk again.

In addition to the storage and benefits of the Google One Premium 2 TB plan, Google One AI Premium includes access to Gemini Advanced and Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet and more.

The family manager of the Google One AI Premium subscription can set up a Family Group and add up to 5 other people to the account.

Family group members can:

• Share the 2 TB of Google cloud storage.
• Use some of the AI features in Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc. (e.g., summarizing, suggesting, etc.).

Good to know: Now through 6/30/25, family group members on a Google One AI Premium plan can enjoy the AI Premium features at no extra cost.

Now through 6/30/25, when you add family group members to your Google One AI Premium plan, they can enjoy the AI Premium features at no extra cost.

After that date the family access to AI premium features ends. The 2 TB cloud storage is still shareable. To use AI premium features the family member can either:

• Buy the Google One AI Premium perk if they are a Verizon customer.
• Buy Google One AI Premium through Google.

You can choose this perk when you sign up for an eligible mobile phone or home internet plan. We'll help you set up a Google One account.

Or when you have an eligible plan, you can add the perk anytime in My Verizon:

1. Sign into either your:
   1. Mobile account (phone and/or wireless home internet) - Select Services & Perks and scroll down to view perks your plan is eligible for*. Choose a perk.
   2. Fios account - Perks your plan is eligible for display under Recommended perks. Choose a perk.
2. Select the wireless line or Fios account to add the perk to. Follow the prompts to add and activate the perk.

• Only Account Owners and Account Managers can add and remove perks. Anyone on the account can activate perks. Learn about managing account roles.
• You can only access the perks that are available with your plan.
• You must activate the subscription within 90 days of buying the perk or the perk or the perk automatically cancels.
  

Yes. Here's what happens when your Google account already has an annual or monthly Google One subscription through Google.

When you enroll and register the perk using the email associated with that Google account, you’ll have the option to cancel your existing annual or monthly subscription and register the perk.

Good to know: When you cancel your existing subscription, you may lose any remaining value associated with that subscription.

Here's what happens when you have a Google account with an annual or monthly Google One subscription through a third party.

When you enroll and register the perk using the email associated with your Google account, you won't be able to register the perk. You must separately cancel your existing annual or monthly subscription. Then you can register the perk.

Here's what happens when you already have a Google account with an annual or monthly Google One subscription through the Apple App store.

When you enroll and register the perk using the email associated with your Google account, your original subscription is not replaced. You will have 2 Google One subscriptions.

If you don't want 2 subscriptions you must cancel your existing annual or monthly subscription directly with Apple.

No. When you have a Google One promotion and then enroll in and register the Google One AI Premium perk using the email associated with that Google account, the promotion doesn't carry over.

Here's what happens when you have a Google One AI Premium perk subscription through Verizon and try to register for another Google One AI Premium perk using the same email associated with that Google account. We'll ask you to register with a different email address.

No, However we highly recommended downloading the Gemini app for the best experience on your mobile device. You can also download the Google One app to view your storage, activate benefits and more.

Download the apps from the Play Store on your Android phone or from the App Store on your iOS phone.

You can add up to 5 people to your family group through the Google One app. Family group members must:

• Have or create a Google account.
  • Note: You can't join a family with a Google account from your work, school or other organization.
• Live in the same country as the family manager.
• Not be part of another family group.
• Not have switched family groups in the last 12 months.

To create a family group:

1. Open the Google One app and tap Menu, then Settings.
2. Tap Manage family settings and choose Share Google One with family.
3. Tap Share, then Manage family group.
4. Follow the prompts to invite family members.
   

When you add the Google One AI Premium perk to your eligible mobile line or home internet account:

• Billing starts when the eligible mobile line or home internet plan or Fios account is active and you order the perk.
• The $10/month per line charge appears on your:
  • Mobile bill if the perk is added to your mobile phone plan, 5G Home, 5G Home Plus, LTE Home or LTE Home Plus (wireless internet) plan.
  • Fios Home Internet bill if the perk is added to your Fios Home Internet account.
• By activating each subscription, you will have access to the perk as soon as billing starts.*

The perk renews automatically each month until you cancel it. You can cancel your perk subscription anytime through My Verizon.

*Important: You must activate the subscription within 90 days of buying the perk or the perk automatically cancels.

If you cancel your Google One AI Premium perk the subscription is canceled immediately. The $10/month charge is prorated.

Example: If you added the perk on the first of the month, you're billed $10 for that month. If you cancel on the 15th, you get a $5 credit for the 16th to the 30th.

To cancel:

• Mobile phone, 5G Home, LTE Home accounts - Visit My Verizon, then select Services & Perks to manage the perk. For instructions visit our How to steps
• Fios Home Internet account - Visit My Verizon. On your homepage, scroll down to view your perks. Select the perk to manage.
  

Here's what happens if you change your eligible plan or Fios account. If you:

• Change the line with the perk from a qualifying plan to another qualifying plan, your perk won't change.
• If you cancel your qualifying plan or account, or change to a non-qualifying plan, your Google One AI Premium subscription through Google ends immediately.

You can make changes or cancel anytime through My Verizon.

If you:

• Cancel Verizon service your perk is canceled.
• Cancel during the perk subscription cycle, the $10 perk charge will be prorated.
• Suspend the line that has the perk during the bill cycle, the $10 perk charge is refunded.

If you don’t activate the Google One AI Premium subscription within 90 days of buying the perk:

• The perk is automatically canceled and removed from your account.
• The perk charge is prorated. We refund you for any days in the billing cycle that remain after the cancellation.
• You won’t see a charge for the perk on your bill for the following bill cycle.

Note: If a promotion is associated with the perk purchase, you lose that promotion if either:

• You cancel the perk during the promotional period.
• The perk is canceled due to non-enrollment.

You can buy the perk again. However any promotion you had with the original purchase won't be available again. Be sure to activate the perk subscription within 90 days of purchase or the perk will automatically cancel.
