Samsung Galaxy Tab E - View Software Version

Here's how to view the software version your Galaxy Tab E is running.
Check the Software Updates page to see if your device's most recent software version is listed.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    About tablet
     then view the Build number.
    To verify the device has the latest software version, refer to Install Device Software Update.
