Here's how to complete a reboot (power reset) on your Ellipsis Jetpack MHS800L / MHS800LPP / MHS815L / MHS815LPP.

A reboot (also known as a Power Reset):

Is performed when the device is powered on using the reset button inside the SIM tray.

Resets (reboots) your Jetpack.

Isn't a factory data reset; for additional assistance, refer to Restore Settings to Factory Defaults - Verizon Ellipsis Jetpack.

Open the SIM slot cover then place one end of an unfolded paper clip into the
