moto g6 - Reset Network Settings

Here's what to do if you can't connect to the internet or send or receive email and messages.
If you can't connect to the internet, send or receive email and/or messages (text, picture or video), resetting the network settings may help.
By performing the steps below, the following are cleared or restored to default values:
  • Cellular and Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords)
  • Bluetooth®
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    System
    Advanced
    .
  3. Tap
    Reset options
    .
  4. Tap
    Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
    .
  5. Tap
    RESET SETTINGS
     (at the bottom).
    If prompted, enter the PIN, password or pattern.
  6. To confirm, tap
    RESET SETTINGS
    .
