Accept Child Pickup RequestKeep your kids safe and your day organized. By accepting a child pickup request in the Verizon Family app, you can confirm you're headed their way and ensure they aren't left waiting around.
Before you begin
Ensure you have a Verizon Family subscription.
Ensure the Guardian and child devices are paired and location sharing is on.
Ensure GPS is enabled on the device to be located. If necessary, refer to the device's user manual for instructions.
This feature isn't included with Verizon Smart Family Basic.
Steps
- Open the Verizon Family parent app.
- Tap theLocation tab.
- From the pickup request, tapAccept.The child is notified that their request has been accepted.
- TapDirectionsto receive navigation instructions to your child's pickup location.
