LG Q70 - Power Up in Safe Mode

Safe mode is a diagnostic state on your LG Q70 that only runs system apps so you can isolate if a third-party app is causing freezing or slowness.
  1. Ensure the device is powered off.
    An alternate method is available if the LG Q70™ can be powered on and is responsive.
  2. Press and hold the
    Volume Down button
     and the
    Power button
     until the System recovery screen displays then release both buttons.
  3. Select
    Safe mode
    .
    Utilize the Volume buttons to highlight the option and the Power button to select.
  4. Wait for the device to start up with 'Safe mode' displayed in the lower-left of the Home screen.
    This may take up to 1 minute to complete.
