Here's how to add an existing email account to your Galaxy Watch4 / Galaxy Watch4 Classic.
  • Email accounts are managed through the Microsoft® Outlook® app on the paired phone, not from the watch.
  • From your Android™ smartphone, ensure the following apps are installed and updated:
  • To add an email account or send / receive emails, you'll need to:
    • ensure Bluetooth® is enabled on both the watch and smartphone.
    • keep the watch near your smartphone throughout the entire process.
An email account can't be added to the watch without adding the account in your Microsoft Outlook app on your Android smartphone. When added to the Microsoft Outlook app on the paired phone, it is automatically added to the Microsoft Outlook app on the watch. Refer to Set up email in the Outlook for Android app for assistance.
