How to Use Wi-Fi Direct on Your LG G5 (1:13)

Wi-Fi Direct allows Wi-Fi devices to be connected directly, making it easier and faster to share files or screens.

To setup Wi-Fi Direct, swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Notification Panel.

Tap the Settings icon.

Tap Wi-Fi.

Tap the Menu button.

Tap Advanced Wi-Fi.

Then tap Wi-Fi Direct.

Wait for your phone to find available devices.

Then select the device you want to connect to.

You'll see the Wi-Fi Direct connection icon in the Status Bar.

You're done setting up Wi-Fi Direct.
