Which Verizon mobile monthly data plans are compatible with the Montblanc Summit 2+?
Your Montblanc Summit 2+ must be activated on a standard* Verizon mobile account because this smartwatch can't have its own line of service and only works in Number Share - Mobile mode.
Compatible monthly data plans are:- Unlimited data plans such as:
- Mix and match unlimited plans
- Above Unlimited**, Beyond Unlimited**, Go Unlimited**
- The Verizon Plan Unlimited**
- A shared data plan, such as:
- Shared Data Plan - 5GB or Shared Data Plan - 10GB (no longer available to add to new accounts)

How do I activate the Montblanc Summit 2+ smartwatch?
To activate the Montblanc Summit 2+ smartwatch:
- Download and open the Wear OS by Google app from Google Play on your smartphone.
- Follow the prompts to finish pairing your watch with your smartphone.
- To activate your Verizon service:
- Select Set up in the Wear OS main screen under the Connect to Verizon network section and follow the steps to set up the mobile network.
- Follow the prompts on your watch to complete a quick tour of the watch.
- After the tutorial is complete, select the Restart button on the watch to finish setting up the mobile network connection.

How do I download and remove apps on my Montblanc Summit 2+ smartwatch?
You can download a variety of apps from the Google Play store on your Montblanc Summit 2+. Make sure your watch is connected to Wi-Fi or is on 4G LTE / 5G Nationwide* to search and download apps.
Add the apps you have on your phone - Apps on your phone don't automatically sync with your watch. To get apps from your phone onto your watch:- Wake up your watch.
- Press the Power button to see your list of apps.
- Scroll down and tap Play Store.
- Scroll down and look for the "Apps on your phone" section.
- To download the app, tap Install.
Add new apps to your watch:
- Wake up your watch.
- Press the Power button to see the list of apps.
- Scroll down and tap Play Store.
- To search for an app, tap Search.
- To speak your search, tap the Microphone.
- To type your search, tap the Keyboard.
- To download the app to your watch, tap Install.
Update or remove apps:
- Wake up your watch.
- Press the Power button to see the list of apps.
- Scroll down and tap Play Store.
- Swipe down from the top of the screen.
- Tap My Apps.
- To remove an app: Tap the app, then scroll to the bottom and tap Uninstall.
- To update your apps: Under “Updates Available” choose Update all or choose an app to update.

How can I get notifications on my Montblanc Summit 2+ smartwatch while it’s away from my phone?
If you aren't receiving notifications that you receive on the phone, check:
- If a specific app's notifications aren't showing up, open the app on your phone and check its settings to make sure notifications are turned on.
- The watch and smartphone should not be in Do not disturb mode.
- Notifications for the respective app are enabled in the Notification Settings.
- Notifications are allowed to appear on the lock screen of the phone and preview must be enabled.

What is the battery saver/watch only mode?
The battery saver mode is the mode that consumes the least amount of power. When the battery saver is activated, your watch only shows the time.
You can deactivate the battery saver/watch only mode by pressing the crown button for 10-15 seconds or place the watch on a charger. -
Can I make an emergency call from my Montblanc Summit 2+ smartwatch?
Yes, you can use the Montblanc Summit 2+ smartwatch to make emergency calls.
The watch is designed to make an emergency call using your watch’s number regardless of the Bluetooth connection with your phone. As long as there is a network signal nearby, the watch will let you contact 911. When you need to make an emergency call, dial 911 the way you normally would on your watch.
Note: This device operates using radio signals, which cannot guarantee connection in all conditions. Therefore, you must never rely solely on the device for emergency communication. For more information, refer to the safety manual in the box.
