My Numbers FAQs

Important update regarding the My Numbers product and application

No new My Number activations - As of November 2022, the My Numbers app is no longer available for download. New activations aren't available.

Current My Numbers customers - As of 2/28/23, the My Numbers feature will be discontinued by Verizon, and this service will be removed from your account. After this date, you won't have access to the additional phone numbers provided to you by My Numbers.

To continue using these phone numbers, contact Verizon directly at 800-804-6976, to talk through available options.

Canceling your My Numbers subscriptions - Before 2/28/23, you can cancel one or more of your subscriptions at any time. Learn how to cancel on our My Numbers app - Cancel Subscriptions page.

Note: If you cancel a subscription before the end of your current subscription cycle, you'll be able to use the phone number until the end of the subscription cycle, but you won't receive a credit or refund for any remaining days in that cycle.
