Palm Gesture Pad (1:09)
Palm was designed for smarter, quicker action. The gesture pad helps you quickly search for your favorite shortcuts and actions. It allows you to access apps, actions, and settings with the swipe of a finger.
To access the gesture pad, turn your screen on and swipe up from the bottom of the lock screen.
Note the shortcuts on the corners of the gesture pad. You can quickly access your text messages, camera, music, or phone. On the gesture pad, draw a letter with your finger to search for an app or action.
For example, if you want directions to work, draw a "W" on the gesture pad. A list of apps, settings, and actions beginning with the letter "W" will appear, including "Work". Tapping "Work" will start he quickest route to work from where you are.
Using the gesture pad will allow you to have quicker access to all the apps and actions you use most often.
