Frequently asked questions

  • Will I have to pay an early termination fee?

  • If you cancel while you are under contract, you may be charged an early termination fee. The early termination fee is prorated, which means that as more time passes, you will pay less to terminate the fee. Early termination fees can cost a maximum of $350 and decrease by $15 per month.

  • When I disconnect, will I have to return my equipment?

  • If you’re renting equipment from Verizon, it must be returned within 30 days of disconnecting your service. Click here to learn more about returning equipment, as well as to print prepaid return labels.

  • When will I receive my final bill?

  • You will receive your final bill on your regular billing date.

  • What happens to my Auto Pay and Paper-Free Billing?

  • You will remain enrolled until your final payment.

  • I have a credit balance, when will I get that back?

  • Credit balances can take up to 60 days to be received, once processed by Verizon.
