You must install and maintain Fios service to be eligible to redeem Home Offers.
You’ll receive email notifications when you’re eligible to redeem an offer with either Fios Home Internet or TV service. You’ll be provided with a link to the Home Offers page, where you’ll find offers listed as:
- Ready to Redeem
- Offers that can be redeemed immediately.
- Redeem-by date is provided for each offer.
- Pending Offers
- Offers that require continuous Fios service (waiting periods) of 30-65 days before redeeming.
- Redeem-on date is provided for each offer.
- Selecting the tile will open the FAQ page for that offer.
- Redemption History
- Offers you have already redeemed.
- Date you redeemed each offer.
- Discounts will continue to be displayed for 3 months after the offer ends.
- Accessories and Verizon Gift Cards are displayed for 5 months after the offer ends.
- Streaming subscriptions will be displayed for the duration of the offer. Active streaming subscriptions have a link that let you manage those subscriptions.
Note: Business accounts aren’t eligible for Home Offers
