  • What are Mobile + Home Rewards?

  • Our Mobile + Home Rewards program offers different benefits based on the wireless and Fios plans you get.

    Your Mobile + Home Rewards benefits can include:

    • Up to $20/month in discounts (or if you’re new to both Verizon Wireless and Verizon Fios, get up to $30/month when you get both services within 30 days of each other)
    • $10/month in Verizon Up Device Dollars toward your next phone or tablet.

  • How do I know if Fios service is available in my area?

  • You can check Verizon Fios availability for your area right now by entering your address and mobile number.

  • Who’s eligible to get Mobile + Home Rewards?

  • You can enroll in Mobile + Home Rewards anytime when you have Verizon Wireless and Verizon Fios services, and enroll in Verizon Up*:

    • If you have either a Wireless plan or Fios plan already, add the other service and enroll in Mobile + Home Rewards anytime
    • Welcome Offer - If you’re new to both Verizon Wireless and to Fios and you activate your services within 30 days of each other, you’re eligible for an extra $10/month off on top of your other Mobile + Home Rewards.

    *Verizon Up enrollment, eligible Verizon Wireless plan and Fios plan required. Accounts must be in good standing. Offer does not include prepaid plans.   • What devices do I have to have to get Mobile + Home Rewards?

  • You can use any devices that work with your eligible plans. However, you need a smartphone or tablet to enroll in Mobile + Home Rewards through Verizon Up and to claim Device Dollars through Verizon Up.

Enrolling in or changing Mobile + Home Rewards

  • How do I sign up for Mobile + Home Rewards and Verizon Up?

  • After you get your qualifying services we send you an email with Mobile + Home Rewards enrollment details.* Or use these steps.

    Before you enroll in Mobile + Home Rewards:

    When you enroll in Mobile + Home Rewards, be sure to be logged into the wireless account you want to associate.

    1. Open the My Verizon app. Choose Verizon Up from the menu. (If you’re not already enrolled in Verizon Up, choose Join Now to enroll.)
    2. In Verizon Up, you’ll see Mobile + Home Rewards. Click Join now at the bottom of the screen.
    3. Fill in your Fios username and password. (This links your Wireless and Fios accounts.)
    4. Choose Verify account. (If that doesn’t verify you, we’ll ask you to create a new username and password through the Verizon Fios website.)
    5. Agree to the Program Terms and choose Join now.
    6. You see a confirmation screen with your Mobile + Home Rewards details.

    Keep in mind: It can take 1-2 bill cycles for your bill credits to appear. Device Dollars are awarded on the first day of the next billing cycle.

    *To sign up, you must be the Verizon Wireless account owner or account manager and an authorized Fios account user.

  • When I enroll in Mobile + Home Rewards, does that mean my Verizon Wireless account and my Verizon Fios account become the same account?

  • No. When you enroll in Mobile + Home Rewards, your accounts are linked. The linking:

    • Is only for the use of your Mobile + Home Rewards.
    • Won’t affect your accounts (e.g., late payment on one account won’t affect services or the status of the other account).
    • Your Verizon Wireless and Verizon Fios bills and bill cycles will stay separate.

    Note: You can link only 1 Wireless and 1 Fios account.

    *However late payment on either account may affect your Mobile + Home Rewards status and ability to access, accrue or use rewards.

  • How long do I have to sign up for Mobile + Home Rewards?

  • Once you have both a Verizon Wireless plan and a Verizon Fios plan you can enroll in Mobile + Home Rewards at any time to start earning rewards.

  • How do I cancel Mobile + Home Rewards if I need to?

  • You can contact our Customer Service to remove Mobile + Home Rewards from your accounts.

  • What happens if I get Mobile + Home Rewards and then change my Verizon Wireless plan and/or Fios plan?

  • If you:

    • Make a change that still qualifies you for Mobile + Home Rewards, your reward level automatically changes to the new level.
    • Make a change that disqualifies you for Mobile + Home Rewards, your enrollment in Mobile + Home Rewards automatically ends and you no longer receive the associated monthly discounts and Device Dollars.

    We’ll give you details about your Mobile + Home Rewards eligibility when you make the plan change.

  • What happens if I cancel either of my qualifying services?

  • If you cancel your Verizon Fios or Verizon Wireless service (either one or both) enrollment in Mobile & Home Rewards ends automatically for both accounts and you no longer receive the associated monthly discounts and Device Dollars.

  • What happens to my Mobile + Home Rewards if either or both of my Verizon services is suspended?

  • If your Verizon Wireless and Verizon Fios accounts are both suspended, your Mobile + Home Rewards discounts and Device Dollar earnings are suspended.

    If your Wireless account is suspended but your Fios account is active:

    • You stop earning Device Dollars through Mobile + Home Rewards.
    • You still get a Mobile +Home Rewards account level discount for the active account. (E.g., if you were getting $10/month discount total, you get a $5/month discount on the Fios account only).

    If your Fios account is suspended but your Wireless account is active:

    • You still earn Device Dollars through Mobile + Home Rewards.
    • You still get a Mobile +Home Rewards account level discount for the active account. (E.g., if you were getting $10/month discount total, you get a $5/month discount on the active Wireless account only).

    Benefits automatically start again when the accounts resume.

  • Can I get more than one Mobile + Home Rewards offer on my account?

  • Only one Mobile + Home Rewards enrollment is available per account.

  • Which other discounts can I have at the same time as I have Mobile + Home Rewards?

  • You can keep some promotions on your account along with Mobile + Home Rewards including:

    • Military or First Responders discount.
    • Some limited-time Verizon Wireless and Verizon Fios joint device offers.

    When you enroll in Mobile + Home Rewards you’ll be asked to replace any incompatible offers with Mobile + Home Rewards.

Mobile + Home Rewards Device Dollars

  • How do I get and use my Device Dollars?

  • Your $10/month Device Dollars are automatically added to your Verizon Up Device Dollar Bank on the first day of your Verizon Wireless billing cycle.

    Keep in mind that Device Dollars:

    • Can take 5 days to show in your Device Dollar Bank after being deposited.
    • Can
    • Expire 24 months after deposit.
    • Can be used to buy smartphones, basic phones and select tablets.
    • Cannot be used to buy smart watches, accessories or other connected devices.
