Here are account roles and what each can do:
- Account Owner* - Only 1 per account. Is financially responsible for the account. Can access all information and manage all mobile lines on the account.
- Account Manager* (not available for Prepaid accounts) - Only the Account Owner can assign this role. Account Managers have access to all lines on the account with certain limitations.
- You can assign a maximum of 6 Account Managers to an account that is over 60 days old with 4 or more active lines.
- Account Member - You can register any line on a multi-line account as a member. Account Members have limited access and can only review their own device, usage and plan information.
Account Owners, Account Managers and Account Members can all:
- Make one-time payments
- Check minutes and messages and block calls and messages
- Change or reset the voicemail password
- Buy content for a phone
- Access personal photo albums
- Manage personal preferences
