+play lets you manage your digital subscriptions in one place. You get a complete view of subscriptions you have and what you're paying for.

You can:

• Manage subscriptions (e.g., video, gaming, lifestyle, etc.).
• Access content as you're used to, directly from each content partner's app or online portal.
• Easily cancel services so you're only paying for the things you want.
• View and manage payments all in one place.

Access to +play is provided at no cost to eligible Verizon customers.

Subscription purchases you made through +play:

• Are charged to the payment method you provide.
• Don't appear on your Verizon bill. You can see your subscription billing and payments in the list or calendar view in the +play Manage subscriptions section.

Important: New subscription enrollments are no longer available through +play. You can keep and manage any active +play subscriptions you already have. To shop for streaming content, learn about other perks available with myPlan and myHome.

• If you have both a Verizon mobile and Verizon Fios account and are enrolled in one Verizon ID,  use your one Verizon ID to sign in to +play. This is the best way to be sure you can view all +play subscriptions in one place. 
• If you have both a Verizon mobile and a Verizon Fios account and don’t have one Verizon ID, sign in to +play with your mobile account credentials.
• If you only have a Fios account, use your Fios login credentials.
• If you only have a mobile account, use your mobile login credentials.

No. You need to go to your Fios account dashboard. You will be able to get to your account dashboard from the +play Manage page.

When you subscribe to a service within +play, you’ll see your billing information in the Manage > Billing page in +play.

All +play products are billed by Verizon to the payment method you choose (credit card or debit card). 

The line item on your credit or debit card statement shows a charge from +play and the name of the content provider (e.g., “+play Calm”). 

Depending on the product(s) you select, monthly recurring charges may apply. Unless you cancel at least one day before  the next billing period, charges automatically renew monthly. 

If you have a question about your +play bill, contact us, not the content provider. 

Note If, as a Fios customer, you can’t buy a certain subscription in +play and are redirected to subscribe in your Verizon Fios account, the billing information will display in your account and not in +play.
