+play lets you discover, purchase and manage your digital subscriptions in one place. You get a complete view of subscriptions you have, what you're paying for and other available services.

You can:

• Browse, buy and manage subscriptions (e.g., video, gaming, lifestyle, etc.).
• Discover just-released shows and the hottest games.
• Access content as you're used to, directly from each content partner's app or online portal.
• Easily add or cancel services so you're only paying for the things you want.
• View and manage payments all in one place.
• Find the best offers for you.
  

Access to +play is provided at no cost to eligible Verizon customers.

Subscription purchases you make through +play:

• Are charged to the payment method you provide.
• Don't appear on your Verizon bill. You can see your subscription billing and payments in the list or calendar view in the +play Manage subscriptions section.

Anyone can browse +play offers any time. However, to make purchases through +play, you must have either:

• A Verizon Fios account.
• Verizon 5G Home or LTE Home (wireless home internet) account.
• A Verizon mobile account. Learn about using +play when you have  Verizon mobile services.

Note:

• Prepaid accounts are not eligible to make purchases through +play.
• +play access is restricted to those who are at least 18 years old. Otherwise parental supervision is required.
• All products and services sold on +play require a separate subscription or purchase.
  • Eligibility requirements apply; some offers may not be available to you through +play.
  • Activation and/or access to +play products and services occur outside +play on a site provided by the seller.
  • Additional terms may apply.
    

When you’re signed in to +play as a Fios Home Internet or Fios TV user, you may subscribe to most services in +play. Exceptions are:

• Max and Starz can only be purchased through your Fios My Plan overview page.
• AMC+ (Channel 881), NBA League Pass (channel 1450), NBA TV (channel 589) must be purchased using your Fios TV set-top box.

• Sign in to your My Verizon account
• Use the Shop, Discover, Manage and Notifications tabs to add subscriptions or manage subscriptions you already have. 
• When you shop:
  • For Max or Starz, we’ll direct you to your Fios My Plan overview page.
  • For AMC+, NBA League Pass, or NBA TV we’ll direct you to buy these through your Fios TV set-top box.

• If you have both a Verizon mobile and Verizon Fios account and are enrolled in one Verizon ID,  use your one Verizon ID to sign in to sign in to +play. This is the best way to be sure you can view all +play subscriptions in one place. 
• If you have both a Verizon mobile and a Verizon Fios account and don’t have one Verizon ID, sign in to +play with your mobile account credentials.
• If you only have a Fios account, use your Fios login credentials.
• If you only have a mobile account, use your mobile login credentials.

No. You need to go to your Fios account dashboard. You will be able to get to your account dashboard from the +play Manage page.

When you subscribe to a service within +play, you’ll see your billing information in the Manage > Billing page in +play.

All +play products are billed by Verizon to the payment method you choose (credit card or debit card). 

The line item on your credit or debit card statement shows a charge from +play and the name of the content provider (e.g., “+play Calm”). 

Depending on the product(s) you select, monthly recurring charges may apply. Unless you cancel at least one day before  the next billing period, charges automatically renew monthly. 

If you have a question about your +play bill, contact us, not the content provider. 

Note If, as a Fios customer, you can’t buy a certain subscription in +play and are redirected to subscribe in your Verizon Fios account, the billing information will display in your account and not in +play.

Yes. You’re eligible for +play promotions when you sign in to +play with your Fios login. Promo exclusions may apply.

The +play Monthly Credit perk is available to eligible mobile and home internet customers.

When you have this perk, for $10/month billed to your Verizon mobile or home internet account, you get $15/month that can be applied to any eligible +play subscriptions. We automatically apply your credits to the subscription you buy.
