Here’s how to redeem a rebate offer:

1. Go to My Verizon using the link we sent by email. If you don't have a My Verizon username and password, you can create them. Or visit your My Offers page in My Verizon.
2. View available rebate offers.
3. Select the rebate offer alert from the list of new alerts & messages.
4. View offer details and confirm the email address on file is correct.
5. Review and accept the terms and conditions.

We send confirmation to the selected email address. You're notified when your rebate has been processed and when it ships.

Rebates must be submitted within 60 days of the date of the qualifying purchase. If you ordered your device, allow for the device to ship before submitting for redemption.

Verify the deadline for your specific offer on your receipt.

Receipts can be found in the Documents and Receipts page in My Verizon.

The rebate alert may not display in My Verizon for one of these reasons:

• Your new device has not shipped yet and your mobile device number isn't active.
• Your 60-day period to submit the offer has passed.
• You already redeemed the rebate.
• You canceled or changed your eligible plan to an ineligible plan.
• You returned your device.

Most rebates are processed within 8 weeks from the purchase date. However, processing times vary by offer. Refer to the specific Terms and Conditions applicable to your offer for more information.

Most rebate payments are issued in the form of a Verizon Gift Card or a Virtual Prepaid Mastercard®.

You may lose eligibility for a promotion if you make changes to your line or account that voids the requirements to keep the promotion. The rebate amount may also change if the terms of the promotional offer aren’t met.

Some promotions require:

• That you maintain mobile service on a specific plan.
• A device payment agreement.
• That you return the original device to process your rebate.
  • This may include offers for new customers when bringing their number from their mobile carrier.

Good to know: Promotion requirements are listed in the promotion Terms and Conditions. You can locate the offer Terms and Conditions on your rebate submission in My Verizon. Review the promotional requirements in Notifications, then click View Details.

You can check your status in My Verizon or at Check My Status.

Verizon uses the email address you provided in your submission to keep you updated about your rebate. You also receive status notifications in My Verizon indicating when your rebate is submitted, processed and sent.

An invalid status means that all the redemption requirements weren't met. You can check the status of the rebate and the invalid reason in My Verizon or at Check My Status.

A Virtual Prepaid Mastercard is a prepaid debit card, bearing the Mastercard logo. You can use it to shop easily and securely online, with any merchant that accepts Mastercard.

Note: You cannot use your Prepaid Mastercard after its expiration date.

Your Virtual Prepaid Mastercard is sent via email from verizon@yourdigitalrebateceter.com. You should receive it within 8 weeks after we receive and validate your rebate submission.

You can:

• Access the Virtual Prepaid Master card through the link you receive by email.
• Add the card to your virtual wallet or request a physical card shipment to your home address.

Visit the link provided in your Virtual Card email to check the balance of your Prepaid Mastercard and view transactions. Or contact Card Services by calling 877-884-9593.

For questions about your Prepaid Mastercard:

• If your order was placed before 5/15/25, contact Card Services by calling 877-884-9593.
• If your order was placed on or after 5/15/25, contact Card Services by calling 1-888-371-2109.

Verizon Gift Cards can be used online or in-store. Use Verizon Gift Cards to get smartphones, tablets, cases, headphones, speakers and much more. You can also use them to pay your Verizon mobile or Home Internet bill.

Note: Verizon Gift Cards are only accepted at Verizon-operated stores, not Authorized Retailers.
