My Verizon and My Verizon Mobile are free account management systems that let you view your usage, pay your bill, change your plan and more.
My Verizon and the My Verizon Mobile app are free to use. Perhaps you know that you can pay your bill online by logging into My Verizon. And maybe you also know that you can eliminate some hassle and clutter by enrolling in paperless billing or setting up auto pay. But there are numerous My Verizon features that help you manage your account.
With My Verizon, you can keep an eye on usage by tracking how many minutes, texts or data you and your family are using. And if it looks like you’re pushing your monthly limit, you can change your plan with My Verizon, too. Add or remove features and find out when you’re due for an upgrade on your device.
My Verizon also lets you block calls and text messages from certain numbers so they don’t eat up your minutes or text allowances. Use Verizon Family Safeguards & Controls to help protect your children, with such services as Usage Controls. Limit your child’s mobile phone usage, including blocking certain numbers, setting time restrictions, and setting filters so your child can download only age-appropriate things. You can even block downloading and/or purchasing of content altogether—a feature that can be helpful from keeping a child from overusing data.
