I have been trying to pair this device for about 3 days now and it will not pair. I have followed the directions that are provided and even looked at support articles from the manufacture website and it simply will not pair. I was excited to get these but sadly I will have to return them.

Thank you for your review. Our team has worked to resolve the onboarding issue with your Essential camera. You should now be able to proceed with onboarding and live-streaming your device. We recommend charging your camera for at least 30 minutes before starting the onboarding process.

If you are still having difficulty getting your device connected or accessing your device’s live stream, please navigate to Settings > Support in the Arlo App for service options available to you.
