I love the sound quality of my Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones in Lunar Blue. I love the noise cancelling feature because I like to get lost in my music and like to shut out the outside world. I like the different sound profiles with quiet being my favorite and immersive coming in second. My husband bought me my first pair of Bose headphones two years ago and now I don't want any other brand. They are my emotional support headphones and I always have them with me lol. I have a hard time with noise and repetitive sounds and things I can't control when out around other people and Bose helps keep me from being irritated because I can block out everything. Also I'm obsessed with the Lunar Blue color and love the matching case that comes with it. I usually buy earbuds but wanted to try the headphones this time. Now I want the matching earbuds😆

it really does have the best noise cancelation out of all ear buds and headphones. I haven't had any problems at all with mines. I like that I can adjust the noise cancelation also and that the headphones can cancel out very loud noises or make loud noises quieter. Good stuff

I bought this online , promised price match.
Got delivered looked refurbished with the pads were wrinkly and headrest had wrinkles. Returned them back for a replacement.
Replacement also looked refurbished, with visible marks on the side and the piece looked refurbished.
The customer experience was horrible, I had to follow up to receive the refund from price match guarantee (2 times) and had spend 4 hours on chat just to replace the send refurbished product and was promised toreceive 10%refund for the experience, followed up again on 10% refund and was told there are no records(I have downloaded transcripts). No refund until now and stuck with a refurbished product for which paid full price.
I have not even turned on the product for review, me and my wife both are 1st gen bose qc 35 users and then bought headphones for parents and siblings.
We believe Bose are no longer the brand and quality once perceived as industry leaders, they have ruined it for us the experience, never recommending for anyone again

Awsome sound but currently they don't have the accessory cushions in tundra blue, reason for the 3 star. If you sell a limited edition color then you need to sell the matching color accessories, with a 90 day warranty ill be returning if the color for the cushions don't come out

They’re nice, I don’t think worth almost 500 nice though. They feel very plasticy, and I’m not a fan of the loose speakers. The sound is great, and I love the color though. Battery life seems to be doing okay, along with connectivity. Over all good pair of headphones.
